I already have a full-blown post-ep story plotted out in my head, in addition to the drabble I'm doing for smittywing, which is also happily formulating itself in headspace.

On another note, life's little synchronicities sometimes please me. You know how sometimes you'll just get in the mood for a particular song, and start playing it a lot, focusing on it more closely than before, even if it's a song you've known for years?

Since last week, I've had a particular Springsteen song on that loop.

So first I managed to pimp smittywing into CSI:NY and the Mac/Danny love, and that was a Very Good Thing. And now, I think, I've managed to pimp her into writing it, which is an Even Better Thing. So I promised her fic for fic, and she requested something about Mac vs. the cigarette.
